I've had some not very good experiences with previous AC companies but I'm very happy to say my experience with 1Up Air was the opposite. William came out to diagnose an issue and service our unit this morning and he was professional, thorough, honest, reasonable, and just a down-to-earth person. It is obvious he takes a lot of pride in his work and is definitely not trying to just take your money. If you want some professional, honest, and who actually does good work then I would call him. I'm glad I finally found someone I can trust.

William just left our house and it’s already cooling down! Just a few nips and tucks here and there and our old unit is still performing like a Trane should!
Please don’t waste your time with any other company! Give them a call for all your AC needs!

I can't say enough about 1UP Air Solutions. I recently did a DIY mini split installation and William came out to make the final connections, verify there were no leaks and made sure everything was connected properly and blowing cold. William was very helpful and gave me good advice during my DIY portion of the installation and never hesitated to answer my questions. It was the first time using 1UP but it won't be the last. They are very friendly and professional.

Will Schumate with 1Up Air Solutions was fantastic! I called him yesterday about a mini split that was on the blink, and he got me on the schedule right away. He was out the very next day, cleaned everything thoroughly, and had it back up and running in no time.
Will was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He even offered cold bottled water to the crew working on our house, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
A++ service all the way around. If you’re looking for someone who is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend Will and 1Up Air Solutions!

Amazing!! Thank you again!!!
.
William and his team at 1Up Air Solutions were absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything, walked me through the repair, and even pointed out a few things that could become issues down the road. At no point did I feel like he was trying to sell me anything—he was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping.
If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your air conditioning, I highly recommend reaching out to William at 1Up Air Solutions. Great service, honest advice, and a great overall experience!

I'd hire in a heartbeat again, as I loved the experience. William is honest and upfront. No upsell and clearly explained the use-case of previously recommended upsells by others, which helped me see why some of those upgrades weren't applicable to our use.

William with 1 Up Air Solutions has all of our business. He services my personal home and all of my clients homes. William is thorough, honest, fair, and keeps me informed with clear communication on what to expect and why.
His first visit to the house was un-accompanied but he came highly recommended. He stayed in touch with me the entire time by calling me and putting me on speaker phone as he diagnosed my system. After finding and fixing the problem, he charged me a very fair price for services, cleaned up after himself in the attic and at the outdoor unit, and included some spare parts for me to keep on standby for future service work in case my old unit faults.
Very happy we found an honest A/C service technician, and we happy to invest in this local business.

Love this company. Very professional and conscientious of your time and money. The technician, took the time to show me what was wrong and the most cost effective way to get my Air Conditioning unit, working again. I was so thankful he was able to get it fixed within 30 minutes. Especially because the temperature was in the upper 90’s and humid here in North Texas. Thank you very much. Give them a call!!!

They came out to our house about a week ago to check out an issue we've been having in our house for the past year. William found the issue within 5 minutes and it had been overlooked at least 3 times, each after complaining to our property management, several different vendors could not figure out the issue. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We highly recommend 1Up Air Sulution and will be working with them from now on.

I cannot say enough great things about 1Up Air Solutions! From start to finish, their service was nothing short of exceptional. William arrived on time, was extremely professional, and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my AC unit and had it up and running in no time.
What impressed me the most was their commitment to quality. The work was done efficiently, and I could immediately tell that they used high-quality parts. William was courteous, left the work area spotless, and followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly after the job was completed.
If you're looking for reliable and honest HVAC service, look no further! Highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs. They truly go above and beyond!

Will ONLY be using 1Up Air Solutions from now on.
